Exchange and Refund

We have a 48-hour exchange/ return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/ return. Any requests after 2 days won't be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


To start a return, you can contact us at hello.gingerjarhome@gmail.com or Instagram message. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return/ exchange confirmation and arrange for the courier to pick up your items. In case of refund, only shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refund or exchange will be fulfilled 7 - 10 working days from receiving the request.

Items cannot be sent back to us without requesting a return first.

Exceptions / non-returnable items (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
1. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

2. Unfortunately, we do not accept return or exchange of customized orders.

3. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for international orders so please choose your items carefully.

Undelivered Orders

In case you made an order and did not receive it after 3 attempts by the shipping company, your order will be cancelled. 

You can reorder but we will only accept a prepaid order, otherwise it will be automatically cancelled. Please contact our team for inquiries.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
